| 摘 要： | 目的探讨电视胸腔镜手术(VATS)治疗的可行性和优越性,总结临床经验。方法我们施行VATS手术13例,其中自发性气胸肺大疱切除加胸膜固定术5例,巨大肺大疱切除术1例,双肺弥漫性肺疾病肺活检术2例,胸膜结节活检加胸膜固定术4例,凝固性血胸清除术1例。结果13例手术均成功完成,无二次开胸,未出现明显术后并发症。结论VATS治疗某些胸部疾病是可行的,而且比传统开胸手术更具优越性,符合现代“微创”理念。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the feasibility superiority of video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery(VATS).Methods VATS was performed in 13 patients,including 5 cases of bulla resection and pleurodesis operations in patients with spontaneous pneumothorax,1 case of huge bulla resection,2 cases of lung biopsy in patients with diffuse pulmonary disease,5 cases of biopsy of pleural nodules.Results 13 operations were performed successfully without evident complication.Conclusions VATS is suitable for some chest diseases.Compared with routine thoracotomy,it has some advantages. |
