胰腺损伤的诊断和治疗(附20例报告)

目的 探讨胰腺损伤的诊断和治疗。方法 回顾分析20例胰腺损伤病例的临床资料。结果 18例合并其它脏器损伤。所有的病人都有腹痛(昏迷除外)。腹胀是胰腺损伤时继腹痛后出现的另一主要症状。术前CT检查诊断准确率为55％。非手术治疗6例，手术治疗14例。治愈19例，死亡1例，并发胰腺假性囊肿2例。结论 胰腺损伤的术前诊断有一定的困难。CT检查有助于提高诊断准确率。治疗应根据胰腺损伤分级来选择手术或非手术。
