广西壮族人脑室的CT解剖

摘    要:目的 获取广西壮族人脑室系统的CT解剖数据。方法 对 2 0 0名健康壮族 (男 10 0 ,女 10 0 )的头部CT片进行了测量 ,测量项目为 6项 ,统计其平均值 ,对 4项脑室指数进行男女均值比较 ,并做u检验。用方差分析对壮族与其他民族进行比较。结果 头部 6项指标平均值男大于女 ,性别差异有高度显著性。 4项脑室指数 ,男女差异无显著性。壮族与其他民族的脑室测量值 ,男性除 5项、女性除 3项外 ,其余 16项民族间差异有高度显著性。结论 壮族人脑室系统解剖数据男大于女 ,性别差异有高度显著性 ,与其他民族比较 ,既有相同 ,又有差异

Abstract:Objective Getting the CT anatomical data of the normal cerebral ventricle system of Zhuang nationality in Guangxi. Materials Choose the head CT photography of 200 Zhuangs(100 males and 100 females). Six items of cerebral ventrical were measured,its average statistics and 4 indices were calculated out by U test. The measurements and indices of males and females of the Zhuangs were compared with those of the other nationalities by means of variance analysis. Results The measurements of ventricle in the males were larger than those of the females,and the sex difference was significantly obvious,while the 4 indices show no obvious difference. The difference of measurements of cerebral ventricles between the Zhuangs and the other nationalities was significantly obvious in 16 items except 5 in males and 3 in females. Conclusion The CT anatomical data of the cerebral ventrical system of the Zhuangs in males were larger than that of females,and the sex difference was significantly obvious. Compared with that of the other nationalities,the data shows either similarity of difference.
