巴曲亭对行宫颈环状电切术患者创面止血的效果观察

目的观察巴曲亭对环状电切术(LEEP术)创面止血的效果。方法选取行LEEP治疗的患者80例,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。观察组采用巴曲亭宫颈注射并涂布创面,对照组进行常规电凝压迫止血。观察两组患者术中出血量、手术时间、术后愈合情况,按期观察至痊愈。结果与对照组比较,观察组患者术中出血量显著减少,手术时间缩短,创面愈合快而好,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论巴曲亭应用于LEEP术中创面止血效果好,值得临床推广应用。

Hemostasis Effect Observation of Hemocoagulase on Surface of Cervical LEEP

Objective To observe the hemostasis effect of Hemocoagulase on surface of cervical loop electrosurgical excision proce-dure(LEEP).Methods 80 patients were selected randomly for LEEP therapy who were further divided into two groups randomly-40 for observation group and 40 for control group.For subjects in the observation group,hemocoagulase cervical injection was applied with coating for hemostasis on LEEP surface,while conventional electric coagulation and compression was routinely adopted to stop bleeding for control group.Observe the intraoperative bleeding volume,operating time,post-operation condition regularly until recovery.Results Compared with the control group,subjects in observation group bleed less and spent less time in operation as well as recovery.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The Hemocoagulase had a positive hemostasis effect on surface of cervical LEEP,and was worth being promoted clinically.
