| 摘 要： | 目的评价18F-FDG PET/CT显像对恶性肿瘤及其转移灶的检测效能。方法 45例恶性肿瘤患者均经PET/CT检查,其原发灶和转移灶均经病理和临床证实。结果 PET/CT共发现恶性病灶220个。220个病灶中PET和CT均阳性者151个（68.6%）,PET阳性、CT阴性者55个（25.0%）,PET阴性、CT阳性者14个（6.4%）。结论 PET/CT较单独PET或者CT对恶性肿瘤的诊断具有较高的准确性。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical value of 18F-FDG PET/CT imaging on the diagnosis of malignancy and metastasis.Methods 45 patients with malignancy were studied.The primary tumor and metastasislesions were all diagnosed by the pathology and clinic.Results 220 malignant lesions were detected by PET/CT.Among 220 lesions,151（68.6%）lesions were positive by both PET and CT;55（25.0%）lesions were positive by PET,but negative by CT;14（6.4%） lesions were negative by PET,but positive by CT.Conclusion PET/CT is more accurate in diagnosis of malignancy than PET and CT alone. |
