| 摘 要： | 目的：观察酪酸梭菌活菌辅助治疗肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法：选取2007年4月至2010年3月收治的184例肠易激综合征患者,随机分为观察组（酪酸梭菌活菌辅助治疗组）和对照组（常规治疗组）各92例,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果：观察组显效51例,有效37例,总有效率为95.7%;对照组显效32例,有效41例,总有效率为79.3%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。两组患者在治疗过程中均未发现明显不良反应。结论：酪酸梭菌活菌辅助治疗肠易激综合征效果理想,值得临床推广使用
