| 摘 要： | 目的 通过对人工髋关节置换术出院患者进行SWOT分析,采取个性化健康教育方案,评价康复及心理情况,促进患者回归社会.方法 将62例人工髋关节置换术出院患者随机分成观察组和对照组,每组各31例.对照组采用常规出院健康宣教方案,观察组在常规方案的基础上,通过对患者进行个体化SWOT分析,制定并实施健康教育方案.随访1年,分别评价2组患者出院前后康复知识知晓及运用程度、对护理工作满意度、生活自理能力、焦虑、自尊等状况.结果 2组患者在康复知识知晓率及运用程度、满意度、并发症、自理能力方面均有明显改善(p<0.05),随访1年后观察组在康复知识知晓率、满意度及自理能力和自尊程度均高于对照组(p<0.05);对照组在焦虑程度明显高于观察组(p<0.05).结论 将SWOT分析法运用于人工髋关节置换术出院患者的院外护理中,制订有针对性的护理方案,对促进患者整体康复、回归社会有重要意义.
