视神经损伤后猴视网膜神经元钙结合蛋白免疫活性的变化

摘    要:用免疫组织学方法观察了成年猴视网膜神经元在视神经切断后钙结合蛋白活性的变化。结果显示视网膜神经元变性和死亡主要发生在损伤后1个月内,表现为节细胞层、神经层及内核层阳性产物丢失。

Abstract:The immunoreactivity of calcium binding protein was investigated in the retinas of the monkeys which received an unilateral optic nerve cut. Degeneration of retinal neurons appeared as loss of reactive neurons in the optic nerve and in the ganglion cells and the inner nuclear layers in one month after the lesion. In contratst. calbindin reactivity increased in the horizontal cells and in the cone cells of the photoreceptive layer. The regulation of this molecule in the number of retinal cells subsequent to the optic nerve lesion indicates that calcium binding system may play a role in protecting neurons by buffering the increasing of calcium ions under neurodegenerative condition.
