气管切开吸痰护理盒临床应用效果观察

目的解决传统吸痰备物耗时问题,寻找有效、简便、快捷的吸痰备物方法。方法将60例需要吸痰的病人随机分组,观察组30例(使用气管切开吸痰护理盒),对照组30例(使用传统吸痰备物)。结果观察组备物时间1min,对照组备物时间3min;观察组的血氧饱和度提升比对照组迅速,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论气管切开吸痰护理盒准备简便、快捷,是抢救急性呼吸道阻塞的最好吸引配备,可在临床中推广、应用。

Observation on clinical effect of nursing box used in tracheotomy patient

Objective To explore the effective and simple and rapid method of preparing sputum sucking equipment.Methods 60 patients who needed sputum sucking were divided into observation group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).Nursing box were applied in observation group.In control group,the sputum sucking equipment were prepared with traditional method.Results The mean time of preparing sputum sucking equipment was 1 minute in observation group and 3 minutes in control group.The SaO2 increased more rapidly in observation group than in control group.There was significant difference in preparing time between two groups(P<0.01).Conclusions The nursing box for nursing tracheotomy patients is simple and convenient.It is the better equipment in treating acute respiratory tract obstruction and worth popularizing in clinical practice.
