颅内血肿微创清除术治疗高血压脑出血42例疗效观察

目的：观察采用颅内血肿微创清除术治疗高血压脑出血的临床疗效。方法：治疗组利用CT定位，采用YL-1型颅内血肿粉碎穿刺针对42例高血压脑出血患者进行微创穿刺、抽吸、冲洗血肿，对照组采用内科保守治疗。结果：治疗组死亡率及神经功能恢复明显低于对照组。结论：本疗法操作简便、损伤小，死亡率及致残率低，是目前治疗高血压脑出血的有效方法。

Effects of 42 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage by intracranial hematomas microencephalopuncture

Objective: To observe the clinical effects of intracranial hematomas microencephalopuncture in treating hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods: In remedial group,after cerebal CT localized,42 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were micropunctured by YL-1 model intracranial hematomas puncture needle,the hematomas were aspirated and irrigated,however the control group were treated with medical measures.Results: ln remedial group,the death rate and recovery of neurological function are drastic better than in control group.Conclusion: The measure is very effective in treating hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage because of its advantages,such as simple operation,less trauma to brain tissue and low rate of death and disability.
