2008～2010年门诊口服降压药的应用分析

目的 了解门诊口服降压药物的使用情况、发展趋势及合理用药水平.方法 收集医院2008年1月至2010年12月数据库内降压药消耗数据,用Excel对药品品种、用药金额、用药频度进行统计和分析.结果 3年来,门诊口服降压药的销售金额和用药频度均呈上升趋势.钙拮抗剂和血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)为临床降压药的主要品种.结论 医院门诊口服降压药的应用基表合理.

Application analysis of oral antihypertensive drugs used in outpatients during 2008-1010

Objective To understand the use status,development tendency and the rational drug use level of oral antihypertensive drugs in outpatients.Methods The consumption data of antihypertensive drugs collected in the database of our hospital from January 2008 to December 2010 were performed the statistical analysis by Excel software on the drug varieties,drug amounts,and frequency of drug use.Results In recent three years,the sale amounts and use frequency of oral antihypertensive drugs in outpatients showed the increasing trend.Calcium antagonists and angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors(ACEI) were the major varieties for clinical antihypertensive drugs.Conclusion The application of oral antihypertensive drugs in outpatients is basically reasonable.
