腹腔镜辅助下全直肠系膜切除保肛术对低位直肠癌患者的肛门功能和血白蛋白效果分析

目的 探讨腹腔镜辅助下全直肠系膜切除保肛术对低位直肠癌患者的肛门功能和血白蛋白效果.方法 85例低位直肠癌患者随机分为两组,对照组40例,治疗组45例,对照组采用开腹治疗,治疗组采用腹腔镜辅助下全直肠系膜切除保肛术,随访3月,观察患者肛门功能和血白蛋白水平.结果 3月后随访,对照组肛门功能优良率60%,治疗组优良率82.2%,两组比较有统计学差异(P<0.01).两组患者血白蛋白均有提高,并且治疗组提高更明显(P<0.05),具有统计学意义.结论 腹腔镜辅助下全直肠系膜切除保肛术明显改善低位直肠癌患者的肛门功能,提高血白蛋白.

The effectiveness of laparoscopic-associated total mesorectal excision on the anal function and albumin of patients with low rectal cancer

Objective To study the effectiveness of laparoscopic-associated total mesorectal excision on the analfunction and albumin of patients with low rectal cancer.Methods Eighty-five patients with low rectal cancer were randomly divided into two groups,the control group(n=40 cases) and the treatment group(n=45 cases).The patients in the control group were oprated through laparotomy and the patients in the treatment were operated through laparoscopic-associated total mesorectal excision.The analfunction and albumin were campared before treatment and after three months.Results After three months,the excellent rates of anal function were 60% in the control group and 82.2% in the treatment group.There was a significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).The albumins in two groups were improved after three months and the albumins in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic-associated total mesorectal excision can improve the anal function and albumin of patients with low rectal cancer.
