雷公藤T4单体和干扰素对人成纤维细胞增殖作用的影响

摘    要:目的 探讨雷公藤T4单体和干扰素α -2b对人成纤维细胞增殖作用的影响。方法 人成纤维细胞常规传代培养。用比色法检测分别加入雷公藤T4单体、干扰素α -2b、 5-氟尿嘧啶及T4加 5-氟尿嘧啶后对细胞增殖的影响。结果 雷公藤T4单体、 5-氟尿嘧啶及T4加5-氟尿嘧啶对人成纤维细胞增殖有抑制作用。干扰素α -2b对人成纤维细胞增殖有促进作用。结论 雷公藤T4单体对实验性人成纤维细胞的增殖有抑制作用

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To elucidate effect of tripterygium wilfordii T4 and interferon alpha-2b on cultured human fibroblasts proliferation METHODS Cultured human fibroblasts were cultured regularly for reproduction. Monomer tripterygium wilfordii T4, interferon alpha-2b, 5-Fu, and compound of monomer tripterygium wilfordii T4 and 5-Fu were admixed respectively with culture medium. Its effect on proliferation was determined with colorimetric method. RESULTS Monomer tripterygium wilfordii T4, 5-Fu, and compound of monomer tripterygium wilfordii T4 and 5-Fu could inhibit fibroblasts proliferation, and interferon alpha-2b could stimulate its proliferation. CONCLUSIONS Monomer tripterygium wilfordii T4 could inhibit proliferation of the cultured human fibroblast.
