小儿复方甘草合剂的效期估测

摘    要:目的考察复方小儿甘草合剂的稳定性.估测有效期,为该合剂的效期评定提供参考依据。方法以紫外分光光度法测定复方小儿甘草合剂中愈创木酚甘油醚的含量,采用初匀速法热稳定性实验方法,预测其有效期。结果该制剂稳定性与温度有关,符合Arrhenius指数公式。结论该制剂在常温下的有效期为半年,综合考察复方小儿甘草合剂在常温下是十分稳定的。

Abstract:Objective To study the stability of wean compound glycyrrhiza mixture ,estimate its expiration date and provide reference for clinical storge. Methods using UV spectrophotometry to determine the content of Guaifenesine in Wean Compound Glycyrrhiza Mixture, applying the method of initial uniform velocity to estimate its expiration date. Results Stability of the preparation was related to temperature, fit Arrhenius Exponent Formula. Conclusion The expiration date of this preparation was half a year, and the preparation was stable in normal temperature.
