| 摘 要： | Survivin是凋亡抑制蛋白家族的新成员,参与调控细胞的增殖和凋亡。研究表明,survivin在人类多种恶性肿瘤中高表达并提示预后不良。PTEN是1997年发现的具有双重特异性磷酸酶活性的抑癌基因,该基因的变异与人类多种肿瘤的发生、发展及预后有关。现就癌基因survivin和抑癌基因PTEN与人类恶性肿瘤的关系研究进展加以综述。

| Abstract: | Survivin is a newly identified member of the inhibi tor of apoptosis pr otein(IAP)family,which can regulate cell proliferation and apoptosis.Resear ches showed that high expression of survivin in most of human malignant tumor suggested poor prognosis.PTEN is a anti-oncogene with double specific phosp hatase activity found in 1997,of which the varivation is related to the genesi s,development and prognosis of many human tumor.This article reviews progres ses about relationship of oncogene survivin as well as anti-oncogene PTEN with human malignant tumor respectively. |
