| 摘 要： | 本实验研讨了100％洋辣子水剂及0.001％消炎痛水剂对实验组和对照组的抗炎抗慢性胃溃疡作用,洋辣子水剂(2g/100g)对鹿角菜(Carrageenin)所致大鼠足跖急性炎症及佐剂所致大鼠关节炎均有明显的抑制作用,也抑制蛋清所致大鼠足跖急性炎症。洋辣子水剂对醋酸所致大鼠慢性胃溃疡也有较明显的抑制作用。

| Abstract: | This paper describes anti-inflammatory and anti-gastric ulcer activities of a 100% decoction of Cnidocampa Flavescens and a 0.001% solution of indomethacin in comparison with the control group of rats. In rats the water preparation of Cnidocampa flavesceus(2g/100g) effectively inhibited carrageenin induced hind-paw edema and adjuvant-induced edema. The decoction (1g/100g) inhibited acetic acid-induced chronic gastric ulcer. |
