血清IL-2水平与恶性胸/腹水IL-2治疗疗效的关系

目的：对恶性胸/腹水患者血清白细胞介素2（interleukin-2,IL-2)水平进行测定，了解血清IL-2水平与胸/腹腔灌注IL-2治疗恶性胸/腹水的疗效之间的关系。以期获得判定恶性胸/腹水治疗疗效的指标。方法：88例恶性非肝癌性胸/腹水患者，均接受IL-2胸/腹腔灌注治疗，治疗前应用ELISA法检测血清IL-2水平，将IL-2测定值较高的44例患者分为一组，IL-2测定值较低的44例患者分为另一组，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果：血清IL-2测定值较低组IL-2胸/腹腔灌注治疗的有效率为72.7%(32/44)。明显高于IL-2测定较高组的52.3%(23/44)。结论：恶性胸/腹水患者IL-2胸/腹腔灌注治疗前血清IL-2水平高低与IL-2治疗的疗效明显相关。原有IL-2水平较低的患者IL-2胸/腹腔灌注治疗的疗效较好。血清IL-2水平可作为判定IL-2胸/腹腔灌注治疗疗效的指标。

The influence of serum IL-2 level on the therapeutic effects of IL-2 for the malignant ascites and pleural fluid

Objective:To explore the influence of s erum IL 2 level on the therapeutic effects of IL 2 infused into the abdomen or thoracic cavity of the patient with malignant ascites or pleural fluid.Methods:There are 88 patients with malignant ascites or p leural fluid having received therapy of IL 2 infused into abdomen or thoracic c avity in this study.The serum IL 2 level of the patients were detected by ELISA ,and the 88 patients were divided into two groups by the levels of serum IL 2 .Results:The therapeutic effective rate of the group with lower serum IL 2 level was 72 7% significantly higher than that of the group with higher serum IL 2 level(52 3%).Conclusion:The level of serum IL 2 level relates to the therapeutic effect of IL 2.And it should be a good parameter for the therapeut ic effects of IL 2 infused into abdomen or thoracic cavity.
