十年来武汉地区充血性心力衰竭12495例次临床分析

本文报告武汉地区心衰12495例次的病因构成比,对风心病、冠心病、肺心病、高心病、心肌病等5种主要病因与性别、年龄、诱因之间的关系以及影响转归的因素进行讨论。结果表明:心脏病住院患者病因构成比中,风心病明显下降,但仍居首位;冠心病上升,占第二位;高心病减少;心肌病并不少见。20岁以下心衰死亡者风心病占91.0％,肺心病预后仍较差,病死率最高,感染诱发心衰高达89.5％,因心衰恶化死亡者占43.3％。

Clinical Analysis of 12 495 Cases with Congestive Heart Failure in Wuhan City

12 495 cases of common heart diseases with congestive heart failure in Wuhan during last ten years were reported. The relationship of 5 main types of heart diseases (rheumatic heart disease, coronary heart disease, cor pulmonale, hypertensive heart disease, primary cardiomyopathy) with sex, age, the inducing factors of . heart failure and the factors influencing the prognosis were discussed. The results suggested that rheumatic heart disease, as a cause of heart failure was the most frequent one though its incidence has been dramatically reducing; coronary heart disease incidence was increased and stood in the second place; hypertensive heart disease was reduced., and primary cardiomyopathy was not as rare as some people imagined. 91.0% of the patients under twenty years of age died from congestive heart failure caused by rheumatic heart disease. Prognosis of cor pulmonale was still poor, Its mortality being the highest. Heart failure induced by infection amounts to 89.5% of the whole number of cases. The total mortality of severe heart failure was 43.3%.
