| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨重症布-加综合征的治疗方法。方法：1992年7月至2000年12月，对19例重症布-加综合征患者采用脾切除，脾静脉-右心房架桥术进行治疗。结果：随访9个月至8a，效果优者18例（18/19），1例人造血管血栓形成（1/19）。结论：对重症布-加综合征患者，脾切除，脾切除，脾静脉-右心房架桥术是一种有效的手术方法。

| Abstract: | Aim: To investigate the operative method for severe Budd Chiari syndrome. Methods:A total of 19 patients with severe Budd Chiari syndrome were treated with splenotomy and splenoatrial shunt. Results:The 9 months to 8 years' follow up showed that 18 patients had excellent results, and thrombosis in blood vessel prothesis was found in 1 case. Conclusion: Splenotomy and splenoatrial shunt is effective for the patients with severe Budd Chiari syndrome. |
