普外科危重患者肠内营养支持的临床观察

目的:探讨普外科危重患者实施肠内营养支持的临床应用。方法:选择本科住院普外科危重患者58例,随机分成营养液组和对照组,观察营养监测指标在研究组和对照组的变化。结果:营养液组营养指标改善明显,临床疗效良好。结论:营养液符合普通外科手术危重患者的生理需要,可明显改善患者的营养状态,提高营养物质的生物利用度有助于患者的康复。

Clinical Observation of Nutritional Liquid Support for Patients with Severe Surgery Operation

Objective:In order to know the clinical usage,advantage,and feasibility of self-made enteral nutritional liquidfor patientswith severe surgery operation.Methods: The 58 in-patients with severe surgery operation were randomly divided into the self-made enteral nutrition group and controlgroup,the varities of the monitoring nutrition index were observed.Results: There was a significant nutrition improvement in the nutrition group and the side effect was less.Conclusion: Using nutritional liquid were physically more suit-able for patients with severe surgery operation,and it can effectively improve patients nutritional conditions,and the bioavailability of nutrition,was helpful for the recovery of the patients.
