晚期肿瘤病人难免压疮的管理

目的:探讨晚期肿瘤病人难免压疮的有效管理方法。方法:通过建立难免压疮管理制度,制定难免压疮申报表、申报条件和申报流程,对晚期肿瘤病人难免压疮进行管理。结果:压疮发生率降低,病人满意度提升。结论:对晚期肿瘤病人实施难免压疮申报管理制度有利于提高护理人员工作积极性,融洽管理者和被管理者的关系,加强过程管理,提高管理实效。

The management for unavoidable pressure ulcer of tumor patients at the later phase

Objective： To discuss the effective management for unavoidable pressure ulcer of tumor patients at the later phase. Methods： With the establishment of management system for unavoidable pressure ulcer, the declare form, requirements of declare and reporting process in unavoidable pressure ulcer, the management measures for tumor patients at the later phase were developed. Results： Finally the incidence of pressure ulcer was low, and the satisfaction of patient was improved. Conclusion： The nursing staff’s initiative of working were improved with the implementation of unavoidable pressure ulcer management for tumor patients at the later phase, which could make the relationship harmonious between the supervisor and supervisee, strengthen the process management and improve the effectiveness of management.
