| 摘 要： | 目的确定中国城镇居民自我药疗健康风险主要影响因素排序。方法分层随机抽取全国36个药店，由药店药师自行填写调查表。结果解热镇痛药、抗菌药及中药的滥用是增加居民自我药疗健康风险的第一位因素，其次是盲目选购药品。结论减少药物滥用，增强居民对药品的理性消费是降低居民自我药疗健康风险的重要途径。

| Abstract: | Objectives To find out the compositor of the health risk influencing factors of self-medication among Chinese urban residents.Methods 36 drugstores were sampled by stratified random sampling method and the questionnaire was filled in by the pharmacists in the drugstores.Results The abuse of analgesics and antipyretics drugs,antibiotics and traditional Chinese drugs ranked as the first influencing factor,while self-medication came as the second.Conclusion Drug abuse should be decreased and urban residents'awareness of reasonable drug use should be promoted to lower the level of self-medication. |
