盐酸小檗胺对辐射小鼠的免疫防护作用的实验研究

实验观察了盐酸小壁胺对射损伤小鼠免疫系统夜用并对体内脂质过氧化反应进行检测。结果显示：电镜观察预防用药照射组小鼠胸腺，脾淋巴细胞损伤显著轻于盐水照射组；胸腺及脾指数、体内淋巴细胞转及外周血白细胞计数减少速度与与盐水照射组有明显差异。体内脂质过氧化反应边实验表明：盐酸小壁胺对辐射引起的免疫损伤有良好的防护作用而有延长射小３０ｄ存活率的功效。

A EXPERIMENT ON IMMUNE PROTECTION FUNCTION OF BERBAMINE IN MICE WITH INJURY BY IRRADIATION

The protective function of berbamine to immune system in the irradiated mice, and their antioxidative action were determined in the present study results showed that under electron microscope, the degree of morphologic damages on lymphocytes in both groups preventively used berbamine were slightly obvious than NS one, their index of thymus and spleens, the rate of lymphocyte transform, and the WBC count on blood were not so slow as NS groups. While in the same time, agreet improvement had been observed in berbamine groups. These fin dings suggested that berbamine had a good function on antiradiation and could prolongate 30d surrive rate of radiated mice.
