| 摘 要： | 目的探讨回流灌肠对鉴别不同新生儿低位肠梗阻疾病的意义。方法根据新生儿生理及肠梗阻疾病的特点，选择合适的灌肠管、灌肠液，对216例低位肠梗阻新生儿进行回流灌肠；对比分析灌洗出大便的性状、灌肠管的插入深度、灌肠前后腹胀的改善状况，总结不同肠梗阻疾病患儿在灌肠中的临床表现特点。结果发现不同肠道疾病在回流灌肠过程中的表现有一定特异性。结论回流灌肠时的临床表现是明确诊断、观察疗效的重要依据。

| Abstract: | Objective In order to know the clinical meaning for children with lower intestinal obstruction cured by relux-enema. Methods Relux-enema was used in 216 children with lower intestinal obstruction according to their conditions. Summarized the different nursing points for different children. Results Different intestinal diseases had different symptoms for different children in the course of relux-enema. Conclusion The symptoms of relux-enema are the guarantee of right diagnose and clinical effects. |
