合同护士的聘用现状及对护理专业影响的调查

目的了解医院合同护士的聘用现状以及其对护理专业的影响,为各级卫生行政部门的决策提供参考依据。方法采用问卷调查表,对省内外20所医院的3587名在编护士和1284名合同护士进行调查,以了解合同护士的聘用情况及其对护理专业的影响。结果合同护士占医院护士总数的26.36%,且年龄小、学历低、职称低、福利待遇差、发展机会少;59.78%的在编护士认为合同护士可以缓解医院护士严重缺编,19.02%认为相对有利于开展整体护理和减少护理差错事故,58.70%认为合同护士的用工制度使护理专业学生感到前途渺茫,影响护士的社会地位和形象,24.46%认为合同护士是医院护理差错事故的主要来源者。结论政府应出台相应政策,规范医院目前不合理、不公平的合同护士用工制度,以减少合同护士对护理专业带来的负面影响。

Investigation on the hired condition and its influence on the development of nursing for contracted nurses

Objective In order to know the influence of hired condition for contracted nurses on the development of nursing, and then make out reference for clinical practice. Methods Interviewed 3587 fixed nurses and 1284 contracted nurses by questionnaire to know the current condition and related factors. Results The contracted nursed have showed such characteristics as smaller age, lower diploma, lower deal, less chances of development and so on. There were 59.78% contracted nurses believe that contracted nurses can release the crisis of nursing manpower, there were 58.70% contracted nurses to believe that current professional foreground of them make nursing students loose hope for working, and there were 24.46% contracted nurses believe that they themselves were the major resources of medical errors. Conclusion The government should lay down the corresponding policy to restrict the illogical and unfair for the hired system of contracted nurses so as to reduce negative impact of the contracted nurses on nursing specialty.
