^125I放射性粒子植入治疗前列腺癌患者的观察及护理

目的探讨和总结对前列腺癌患者施行125I粒子植入的观察和护理要点。方法对施行125I粒子植入术的前列腺癌患者26例进行术前健康教育,肠道准备,注意预防术后并发症,观察植入粒子脱落情况,加强饮食及尿管护理,同时做好放射性防护管理。分别于术前、术后1个月检测前列腺特异性抗原（PSA）,并对患者的生活质量进行评估。结果26例前腺癌患者125I放射性粒子植入成功率100%,术后1个月PSA较术前明显降低,肿瘤体积有不同程度缩小,患者的生存质量得到了提升。结论通过对患者术前、术后科学、合理的观察及护理能保证125I粒子植入治疗前列腺癌的疗效。

Observation and nursing for patients with prostate cancer cured by^125I implantation

Objective In order to summarize the clinical observation and nursing points of 125I implantation for patients with prostate cancer. Methods 125I implantation was used for 26 patients with prostate cancer, systemic preoperative health education, intestinal tract preparation were used for them, and then reinforced the prevention for related complications and monitored the falling of radioactive seeds. Evaluated the quality of life for patients before and after the implantation and monitored values of PSA. Results The successful rate of 125I implanation was 100% among 26 cases, PSA values decreased significantly after operation than that of before operation, the bulk of tumor was significantly shrunken. Conclusion Systemic preoperative health education and enough preoperative prepare are the guarantee for successful implantation of 125I for patients with prostate cancer.
