| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨广东省乡镇卫生院院长的索质模型。方法：对广东省21个地市1320个乡镇卫生院全部正、副院长进行信访问卷词查。结果：乡镇卫生院院长的素质模型可由知识、技能和个性态度与价值观三个维度11个方面构建而成。结论：该研究建立的乡镇卫生院院长素质模型可作为乡镇工憎：院院长人才选拔、培训和素质提高的依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a quality model for the president of township hospital in the new century. Methods All of the presidents working in 1320 township hospitals were investigated by a questionnaire, Results The quality model of the president of township hospital could he constructed by three dimensions including knowledge. skill and personality attitude and eleven aspects. Conclusion The quality model set tip in the study could be used to select, train and improve the quality for the president working for the township hospitals. |
