摘    要:价值取向是驱使人们行为的内部动力,医师自身的价值取向可影响其工作目标及医疗行为,在临床教学中除了对医学生进行技能培养,更应重视其正确价值观的培养。社会文化、家庭及学校教育是影响医学生价值观的形成的主要因素,临床教师应做学生的表率,并针对各种负面因素,密切联系实际对学生进行教育。

Abstract:Values are a powerful motivation for people’s actions,and the value orientation of individual doctors can affect their work purpose and medical behavior.Medical students need not only clinical technical training but also guidance in correct values.Social culture,family education and university are the major factors affecting the formation of students’ values.The clinical teacher should set a good example for their students and educate them by combining theory with practice to eliminate the effects of negative factors in value education.
