| 摘 要： | 目的:观察通络祛瘀解毒汤对缺血性中风的治疗效果。方法:应用通络祛瘀解毒汤治疗缺血性中风80例,并设对照组70例,采用神经功能缺损评分法评价治疗效果。结果:通络祛瘀解毒汤治疗缺血性中风用药前后神经功能缺损评分与对照组比较明显降低(P<0.01),总显效率(70.00%)和总有效率(95.00%),明显优于对照组(分别为45.71%和80%),结论:通络祛瘀解毒汤治疗缺血性中风具有良好效果。

| Abstract: | We should attentively the quyu tongluo decoction treatment lacks the courage and uprightness blood vessel of brain sickness 80 examples,and supposes the comparison group 70 examples,finally the table engages in introspection the brain rejuvenation pill treatment to lack the courage and uprightness blood vessel of brain to get sick with the medicine around,the nerve function damage grades(P<0.01),quite obvions reduces(70.00%) with the comparison group(95.00%),obvionsly surpasses the comparison group(respectively is 45.71% and 80%)(P<0.05) Therefore promptes the quyu tongluo decoction treatment lacks the courage and uprightness blood vessel of brain sickness to have the good effect. |
