PNF配合电针疗法对格林-巴利综合征运动功能改善的研究

目的观察PNF配合电针疗法对格林-巴利综合征(GBS)运动功能的影响。方法40例GBS患者随机分为2组各20例,均给予内科治疗、电针治疗、神经肌肉电刺激、运动疗法。实验组加用PNF技术训练。结果2组患者肌力和ADL方面较未训练时明显提高(P均<0.01)。接受PNF训练的患者肌力和ADL提高更明显。结论PNF配合电针疗法可以减少GBS患者残疾程度,提高生活自理能力。

Study of PNF combined with electrical acupuncture therapeutics on motor function of patients with Guillain-Barre syndrome

Objective It is to observe the influence of PNF combined with electrical acupuncture therapeutics on the motor function of patients with Guillain-Barre syndrome(GBS).Methods 40 patients with GBS were randomly divided into two groups in which there were 20 cases and accepted the normal regular treatment of nervous medicine,electrical acupuncture treatment,neuromuscular electrical stimulation and exercise treatment.The patients in experimental group were added PNF at the same time.Results After treatment the strength of the muscle and the activities of daily living in the two groups were increased obviously than those before treatment(P<0.01).The strength of the muscle and the activities of daily living in experimental group were increased more than those in control group.Conclusion PNF combined electrical acupuncture therapeutics can alleviate GBS patients' degree of disability and increase their self-care ability.
