恶性肿瘤骨转移30例治疗体会

骨转移常见于晚期恶性肿瘤患者,其主要症状是骨痛。总结了患者30例,采用单一化疗、放疗或配合同位素及内分泌综合治疗,观察疼痛缓解情况。结果:单一治疗有效率为37.5％,综合治疗有效率86.3％(P<0.05)。综合治疗效果优于单一治疗。

Comprehensive Treatment Of Bone Metastasis of Malignant Tumor - A Clinical Analysis of 30 Cases

Bone metastasis is common in the late period of malignant tumor patients and its main sympton is bone pain. A series of methods were tried to relieve bone pain and to improve quality of life. 30 cases of bone metastasis were divided into two groups. One was treated with single modality , such as chemotherapy and radiotherapy. The other used these treatment modalities comprehensively and combined with isotope and/or endoerine therapy. When the treatment modalities were used comprehensively, the response rate was 86.3 % compared with 37.5% in patients given single modality treatment(P<0.05). This result has shown that the combined modality therapy is more effective than chemotherapy or radiotherapy alone.
