对老年肺炎特点的探讨(附100例临床分析)

本文将我院1974～1983年间住院的老年人肺炎与青壮年人肺炎对比。对比结果老年人肺炎高烧者、胸疼者、咳黄痰者比青壮年人肺炎少,治愈率也较低。因此诊断老年人肺炎时,不能仅仅依靠症状,要及早进行X线胸部检查,以免漏诊。在治疗上要选好抗生素,加强机体抵抗力,做好支持疗法,以提高治愈率。至于老年人肺炎血白细胞的变化、消化道症状和胸部X线征象与青壮年肺炎是否相同,提出了自己的看法。

A discussion on the features of pneumonia in the aged

Pneumonia in the aged was compared with that in the young and adult in this paper.These patients were admitted from January, 1974 to December,1983.The results of comparison showed that the symptoms of high fever and thoracic pain,and spitting yellow sputum were less sever in the aged than in the young and adult,and the recovery rate of the aged was lower.Therefore,in diagnosing pneumonia clinical symptoms are not our only basis.The patients should have a chest X-ray examination early so that mistaken diagnosis could be avoided.In treatment,it is necessary to select effective antibiotic,to increase the resistance of the patient and to take supporting treatment in order to raise the recovery rate. The auther of this artical gives his own idea about whether pneumonia in the aged is different from that in the young and adult in the change of white blood cells,gastrointestinal symptoms and sign of chest X-ray examination.
