药物保守治疗未破裂型异位妊娠47例临床观察

目的 :探讨未破裂型异位妊娠药物保守治疗效果。方法 :1994年 5月～ 1999年 12月未破裂型异位妊娠共 47例 ,2 4例采用中医治疗 ,2 3例采用中西医结合治疗。结果 :阴道流血消失时间、H CG转阴时间中西医结合组比中医治疗组短 ,两者比较 P<0 .0 2 ,有非常显著性差异。住院天数、腹痛消失时间、 B超监测包块大小变化等两组无显著性差异。结论 :活血化瘀中药治疗异位妊娠有一定效果 ,副作用少 ,但加上西药 MTX效果更显著 ,能最大限度保留患者生育功能。

Clinical study on medicated conservative treatment of 47cases with no breaking ectopic pregnancy

Objective: It is to study the effect of medicated conservative treatment on no breaking ectopic pregnancy. Methods: Since May 1994 to December 1999, there were 47 cases with no breaking ectopic pregnancy. 24 cases were treated with traditional medicine Chinese. 23 cases were treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Results: Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group used less time than traditional Chinese medicine group on the disappearance time of vagina bleeding and changing negative of HCG. The difference was notable. Then there was no difference on days in hospital, the disappearance time of bellyache and the change of lump's size. Conclusion: The effect of medicated conservative treatment on no breaking ectopic pregnancy is affirmative. It can save patient's bearing function utmost.
