河南省居民病伤死因模式的研究

目的：了解我国“九五”期间河南省居民的病伤死因模式，为制定21世纪初期河南省疾病控制工作重点和策略提供依据。方法：采用死亡率、潜在寿命损失年数（YPLL）和潜在工作损失年数（WYPLL）等指标对1995－1999年河南省居民病份死因模式进行了研究。结果：从各类死因死亡率及顺位结果来看，依次以心脏病、脑血管病、恶性肿瘤和损伤中毒分别居前4位；但从各类死因YPLL和WYPLL的顺位来看，又依次以损伤中毒、恶性肿瘤、心脏病和脑血管病分别居前4位。由此可认为4类死因不仅已成为当前严重危害河南省居民健康的主要卫生问题，而且也是当地居民“早死”造成YPLL和WYPLL最多的主要死亡原因，结：在制定21世纪初期河南省疾病控制工作规划时，从投入成本和产生效益等方面综合考虑，建议在继续认真做好传染病防治的基础上，逐步将工作重点和依次转移到损伤中毒、恶性肿瘤、心脏病和脑血管病防治上。

Study on the Patterns of Diseases, Injuries and Death of the Resi-dents in Henan Province

Objective To understand the patterns of idseases injuries and death of the residents from 1995 to 2000 and to provide scientific bases for the important points and strategies of controlling diseases of Henan in 21 th century.Methods To study the causes of resident's diseases injuries and death in Henan province by means of mortality,years of potential life lost(YPLL) working years of potential life lost(WYPLL).Results According to the analysis of mortality,the first four causes is heart disease,cerebrovascular disease,cancer and injury poison.From the YPLL and WYPLL,injury poison,cancer,heart disease and cerebrovascular disease are on the top ranks.So not only are these four kinds of death causes mainly harmful to the health of the residents in Henan,but also the main cause for 'earlier death' which results in the year of potential life lost and working year potential life lost.Conclusion On the benefits of economic cost and general efficiency,the prevention and treatment of injury poison and cancer should be focused on the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases,which will be carried on when we make the plan for disease control in 21th century in Henan.
