摘    要:目的通过正交试验法优选凌寒片的最佳醇提取工艺。方法以淫羊藿苷含量、干膏率为评价指标,选择乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、提取时间及提取次数为考察因素,利用L_9(3^4)正交试验确定凌寒片的醇提取工艺。结果凌寒片最佳醇提取工艺为加90%乙醇16倍量,回流提取1次,提取时间1h。结论优选出的醇提取工艺简单、可行,可作为该制剂合理开发的依据。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the best alcohol extract technology of cold-resistant agent by orthogonal experimenta- tion design. Methods The extracting amount of icariin and the extraction rate were taken as evaluation criterion, ethanol concen- tration, alcohol amount, extraction duration and extraction times were taken as investigation factors to determine the alcohol extrac- tion technology of cold-resistant agent by L_9 ( 3^4) orthogonal experimentation. Results The optimal conditions of cold-resistant agents were as follows :refluxing and extracting the medicinal materials once for 1 hour after adding with 16-fold 90% ethanol. Conclusion The optimal extract technology process is simple and practicable, and it can provide basis for rational exploitation of the preparations.
