肺癌荷瘤小鼠体内炎性微环境改变的研究

摘    要:目的:探讨肺癌荷瘤小鼠体内炎性微环境中IL-6、IL-8、NF-KB和TNF-a的变化情况。方法:选用雄性C57小黑鼠24只,随机分成正常组和肿瘤组,每组12只。肿瘤组接种Lewis肺癌,正常组不做处理,待肿瘤直径达到0.5~1cm后,分别于第7天、第14天各组各处死6只C57小鼠,取其血清,ELISA法检测NF-KB、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8。结果:肿瘤组的肿瘤相关炎性因子NF-KB、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8明显高于正常组,差异具有显著统计学意义(P〈O.05)。结论;肺癌荷瘤小鼠体内促进肿瘤生长的炎性因子明显升高,炎性因子有望成为肺癌筛查及诊治效果评价的新指标。

Study on Inflammatory Microenvironment Change of Mice Bearing Lung Cancer

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the changes of inflammatory microenvironment in which IL-6, IL-8, NF-KB and TNF-α for mice bearing lung cancer. Methods: 24 male C57 mice, were randomly divided into two groups:normal group and tumor group, 12 rats in each group. Tumor group was with Lewis lung cancer, normal group was not treated. When tumor diameter reach 0. 5-1l cm, we detected the serum NP-KB, TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-8 using ELISA method. Resuits:Tumor associated inflammatory factors NF-KB, TNF-α, IL-6, IL-8 in the tumor group was significantly higher than the normal group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Inflammatory factors promote lung cancer growth significantly. Inflammatory factors are expected to become a new marker for lung cancer screening and diagnosis.
