硅橡胶一次印模法在铸造桩核中的应用

目的研究硅橡胶一次印模法制作桩核的临床应用效果。方法将237个残根随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组125颗残根,通过根管内导入硅橡胶印模,翻制石膏模型,完成桩核制作。对照组l12颗残根,口内直接制取桩核蜡型,完成桩核铸造。比较两组桩核的临床效果,卡方检验统计学分析。结果试验组成功122颗,失败3颗;对照组成功96颗,失败16颗。两组临床成功率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论硅橡胶一次印模法应用于制作铸造桩核中操作简便,临床效果好。

One Step Impression with Silicon-rubber in Post Casting

Objective To explore the application of one-step impression with silicone-rubber impression in post-casting. Methods A total of 125 residual roots were impressed by using of silicone rubber to produce corresponding casting model as test group while the other 112 roots were directly impressed with conventional intro-oral procedures as the control. The clinical suitability of the posts from both groups was compared. Results 122 posts were clinically successful with only 3 failed in test group while the corresponding numbers were 96 success and 16 failure in controls, with a statistically significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion One-step impression with silicon-rubber is suggested to be a preferred way for post-casting.
