改良会阴切口及皮内缝合在产妇会阴切开中的应用研究

目的：探讨不同会阴切开方式及缝合术对产妇会阴切口愈合的影响。方法：将200例足月妊娠同意经阴道分娩，且无禁忌症的初产妇随机分为观察组和对照组各100例，观察组采用会阴30°切开及薇养线皮内包埋缝合术，对照组采用会阴45°侧切开及丝线连续缝合术；观察两组患者的出血量，术后疼痛、愈合情况及住院时间等。结果：观察组患者会阴切口出血量少、疼痛程度轻、住院时问短、以及切口愈合好，与对照组比较，差异存在统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：采用会阴30°切开及快薇荞线皮内包埋缝合术，产妇术后疼痛轻，切口愈合好，有利于产妇休息和母乳喂哺，值得临床推广应用。

Study on application of the improved perineum incision and intradermic suturation for puerpera

Objective：To explore the effect of different perineum incisions and suturation techniques for pregnant women. Methods：200 cases primiparas, who had over 37 gestation weeks and were going to receive vaginal delivery, and no contraindications, were divided into the intervention group（100 cases） and control group（100 cases）.The intervention group was applied for the 30° perineum incision and intradermic suturation with Vicryl threads ,the control group took the 45° perineum incision and suturing with suture silk;The two groups were observed for blood loss ,pain after operation ,healing and time of hospital stay. Results： The blood loss was less, pain after operation was mild,hospital stay time was shorter and the wound healed well in the intervention group,compared with the control group,it was a significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. The 30° perineum incision and intradermic suturation with Vicryl threads for pregnant women has pain after operation was mild, the wound healed well, It is helpful in puerperant break and breast feeding, and hence is worthy of being recommended in clinical practice.
