新生儿窒息患儿血清可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1和Fas水平变化及临床意义

摘    要:目的 观察新生儿窒息患儿血清可溶性细胞间黏附分子 1(sICAM 1)和可溶性Fas(sFas)水平变化 ,探讨其在新生儿窒息中的作用。方法 应用酶联免疫吸附测定法 (ELISA)检测 5 4例新生儿窒息患儿血清sICAM 1和sFas水平 ,其中重度窒息 34例 ,轻度窒息 2 0例 ,并与 16例正常新生儿对照 ,进行统计学分析。结果 窒息新生儿血清sICAM 1和sFas增高 ,3组新生儿血清sICAM 1和sFas均数差别均有统计学意义 (F值分别为 9.6 5 ,31.10 ,P均 <0 .0 5 )。重度窒息新生儿的sICAM 1和sFas较轻度窒息和对照组均明显增高 ,差异具有统计学意义 (P均 <0 .0 5 )。结论 新生儿窒息患儿sICAM 1和sFas水平增高 ,提示ICAM 1和Fas可能通过缺氧缺血后的炎症反应和细胞凋亡参与新生儿窒息的病理过程 ,血清sICAM 1和sFas含量可能作为新生儿窒息严重程度和预后判断的早期分子生物学指标

Abstract:Objective To detective the changes of serun soluble intercelluar adhension molecule-1(sICAM-1) and soluble Fas (sFas) in asphyxia of newborns, and to investigate the possible roles of ICAM-1 and Fas in the pathogenesis of asphyxia of newborns. Methods With enzym-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) tests, sICAM-1 and sFas were measured from sera in the 54 cases asphyxia of newborns, including 34 cases of severe and 20 cases of mild asphyxia, 16 cases of normal newborns as controls. Results Mean levels of sICAM-1 and sFas were significantly higher in asphyxia of newborns than in controls(P< 0.05). Moreover,compared with the mild asphyxia of newborns, mean levels of sICAM-1 and sFas were higher in severe asphyxia of newborns(P< 0.05). Conclusion The levels of serum sICAM-1 and sFas increase significantly in asphyxia of newborns, ICAM-1 and Fas may play roles in inflammatory process and apoptosis of asphyxia.
