鼻腔恶性淋巴瘤误诊4例

目的分析鼻腔恶性淋巴瘤误诊的原因，增强对该病的认识，降低误诊率。方法报道4例误诊病例，对其误诊原因进行分析。结果鼻腔恶性淋巴瘤易被误诊为慢性肥厚性鼻炎、慢性副鼻窦炎、鼻咽纤维血管瘤、上颌筛窦癌。其误诊的主要原因有：①临床医师对该病的认识不足。②组织取材不恰当，病理诊断缺乏特异性。③过分相信满足于现有诊断。结论鼻腔恶性淋巴瘤早期临床症状无特异性表现，临床医师应提高对该病的认识，及时诊断和正确治疗。

The causes of misdiagnosis of nasal malignant lymphoma(a report of 4 cases)

Objective To enhance the understanding of nasal malignant lymphoma and decrease its misdiagnostic rate. Methods The clinic data of 4 cases and the cause of misdiagnosis were reported and analysed. Results Nasal lymphoma could be misdiagnosed as chronic hypertrophic rhinitis, chronic sinusitis, angiofibroma of nasopharynx, and or maxillary sinus carcinoma. The main causes of misdiagnosis occurred for lack of awareness of nasal lymphoma, lack of pathological specificity due to incorrect biopsy site, and overconfidence with the present diagnosis. Conclusion Early nasal lymphoma has no specific clinical features. Doctors should enhance the awareness of this disease to make correct diagnosis and treatment.
