| 摘 要： | 目的 研究胸腺瘤组织中肿瘤抑制基因p16、细胞周期蛋白cyclinD1及细胞周期蛋白依赖激酶CDK4的表达及其意义.方法 采用组织芯片技术制作40例胸腺瘤组织芯片,同时用S-P免疫组织化学方法检测胸腺瘤组织中p16、cyclinD1及CDK4的表达.结果 40例胸腺瘤中p16、cyclin D1和CDK4的阳性率分别为42.5%、57.5%、60.0%.不同组织学类型的胸腺瘤中p16、cyclin D1的表达有明显差异(P＜0.05).不同组织学类型的胸腺瘤中CDK4的表达无明显差异(P＞.05).结论 p16低表达、cyclinD1高表达与胸腺瘤组织学分型密切相关,胸腺瘤中p16低表达与cyclinD1高表达密切相关.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the expression of p16, cyclinD1,CDK4 and analysis its meaning in thymoma.Methods We created 40 cases of thymoma tissue chip and studied the expression of p16,cyclinD1 and CDK4 in thymoma tissue by S-P immunohistochemical method.Results The positive rates of p16,cyclinD1 and CDK4 were 42.5%,57.5% and 60.0% in 40 cases of thymoma,respectively.A obvious difference of the expression of p16 and cyclinD1 was found between different tissue types of thymoma(P<0.05).No difference of the expression of CDK4 was found between different tissue types of thymoma(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of p16 and cyclinD1 is related with the tissue types of thymoma.And low-expression of p16 is related with over-expression of cyclinD1 in thymoma. |
