食管、肺术后单纯胸膜腔感染的手术治疗

目的:回顾性总结手术治疗食管、肺术后单纯胸膜腔感染的效果。方法:1985年5月～2000年5月共行食管、肺手术2480例，术后单纯胸膜腔感染38例，保守治疗11例，再次手术治疗27例，总结其临床资料及治疗效果。结果:保守治疗组死亡3例，自动出院2例，余6例于发现胸膜腔感染后26～75d痊愈。再手术组1例胸膜腔感染未能控制死于呼吸衰竭，1例术后切口感染经保守治疗一月痊愈，其余均于再次手术后10～15d痊愈出院。结论:胸膜腔感染是食管、肺术后常见并发症之一，其形成原因是多方面的。再次手术治疗可有效控制病情发展，缩短治愈时间。在病人条件允许的情况下应积极主张手术治疗。

Secondary Surgical Treatment for Simple Infection of the Thoracic Cavity after Esophageal and Lung Operation

Objective To summarize the effects of secondary surgical treatment for simple infection of the thoracic cavity after esophageal and lung operation. Methods Out of 2 480 cases who underwent esophageal and lung operations between May 1985 and May 2000, 38 cases suffered from simple infection of thoracic cavity. 27 cases had secondary surgical treatment. Results 25 cases had no complications, 1 died from respiratory failure and 1 had incision infection. Conclusion The simple infection of thoracic cavity is a common complication of esophageal and lung operation. Surgical treatment can control the development of the infection effectively and shorten the hospitalization time if no contraindications occur.
