谈建立卫生监督档案的内容和要求

内蒙古各口岸检验检疫机关在多年的监督工作中,建立了不同程度的卫生监督档案,由于法律法规对建档没有十分具体的要求,各局建立的档案内容不一,形式各异,没有真正建立起一套规范统一完整的卫生监督档案。该文在多年建档工作的基础上,就规范和统一建档的要求、档案内容、档案格式进行探讨,以便进一步提高档案质量,为卫生监督工作提供档案支持。

Discussion on the content and demand establishing the archives of sanitation supervision

Inner Mongolia inspection and quarantine authorities have set different content and styles of files on sanitation supervision in every border port,but no one standard archive be set formally because of no unified reg- ulations and requests.To improve the qualities of the files and provide archive support to sanitation supervision, we'd like to,based on our years of work,make an entirely discussion on how to unify the requests,contents and forms of the files.
