针灸治疗近视眼研究进展

目的：回顾近年来针灸治疗近视眼的进展，方法；收集了近年来在主要期刊上发表的相关文献35篇，分析、总结了其在研究方法、治疗方法、机理探讨方面取得的进展。结果：针灸治疗近视眼方法多样，有一定的疗效，但要理研究不足，且研究方法不够规范，如绝大部分研究没有采用随机对照研究的方法，限制了研究的深化。结论：针灸治疗近视眼有一定的疗效，但需要作更入、细致的工作，才能使针灸在近视眼防治工作中发挥应有的作用。

Survey of acupuncture treatment of myopia

Objective:To review the advancement of acupunctue treatment of myopia.Methods:35 original articles were analysised,attention was paid to the improvement of them in research methods,treatment and mechnism.Results:Many kinds of methods were induced to the treatment,and the effects were proved.But little work was done about the mechnism.Most of the research were not designed systematically,which prevented more effective research.For example,RCT was seldom used.Conclusion:Acupunctrue had effects on myopia,but it would not act effectively in the prevention and control of myopia untill more effective research was done.
