| 摘 要： | 应用出相酶联免疫检测技术对32例恶性肿瘤(肝癌20例,乳腺癌12例)患者及20例非恶性肿瘤患者的血清中层粘连蛋白(LN)的含量进行检测,结果发现恶性肿瘤组较非恶性肿瘤组患者血清中LN水平明显增高(P<0.01),提示:LN检测可成为判定肿瘤恶性变程度的一项较为灵敏的指标。

| Abstract: | Plasma level of LN was assayed in 32 patients of malignant tumor (primary carcinoma of liver and malignant breast tumor) and 20 patients of non - malignant tumor with an enzymoimmunological method. These results showed there was a significant increase of serum LN in malignant patients, as compared with non - malignant tumor. These results suggest that plasma LN level could be sensitive indicator of malignant tumor. |
