癫痫儿童共患病的临床研究

目的研究癫痫儿童的共病种类、发生率及相关因素。方法采用量表、心里测试、行为观察及谈话等综合诊断法对ADHD、抽动障碍、偏头痛、学习障碍、睡眠障碍、对立违抗行为等6种共病进行确认。结果110例癫痫患儿中检出共病58例（52.7%）,以ADHD患病最高,达44.5%,其中有一种共病34例（25.4%）,两种共病10例（9.0%）,三种共病8例（7.2%）,四种共病6例（5.4%）。脑电图间期有癫痫样放电患儿共病发生率45.5%,明显高于无癫痫样放电患儿。结论癫痫儿童共病种类多,患病率高,影响其治疗及预后,并增加疾病的复杂性和严重性。

A clinical study of comorbidities in children with epilepsy

Objective ： To study category , the incidence and related factors of comorbidities in children with epilepsy. Methods ： Use of scale, heart tests, observation and conversation, and other acts of comprehensive diagnosis of ADHD, tic disorder, migraines, learning disabilities, sleep disorders, such as acts of defiance against six kinds of comorbidities to confirm. Results： 110 cases of children with epilepsy comorbidities detected in 58 cases （52. 7% ）, ADHD patients to the highest at 34. 5. percent, including a comorbidities of 28 cases （25.4%）, two of 19 cases of comorbidities （ 17.2% ）, eight cases of three comorbidities （5.5 percent）, three cases of four comorbidities （ 1.8% ）. And the comorbidities incidence among those with epilepsy - like discharge in EEG interval at follow -up was45.5% , much more higher than those with normal EEG. Conclusion： children with epilepsy are many kinds of disease, high prevalence rate, affecting their treatment and prognosis, disease and increase the complexity and seriousness.
