丝裂霉素用于巩膜下巩膜咬切术的并发症

目的：观察抗青光眼滤过术中使用丝裂霉素C（MMC）对其并发症的影响。方法：随机选择各种适于行滤过术的青光眼36例41只眼，在术中一次使用0．4mg／mlMMC5分钟，并改进手术操作技巧，术后随访3～18个月，平均9．2个月。结果：手术成功率100％；副作用为浅前房14．63％，浅前房需手术处理为2．44％；低限压9．75％；无一例切口瘘、角膜损害及巩膜坏死。结论：MMC能提高手术成功率，只要合理使用，掌握适应症，改进手术技巧．就可减少并发症的发生。

Complication of Mitomycin C in subscleral sclerectomy

To promote the successful rate of filtering operation of glaucoma. Randomly selected various glaucoma 36 cases (41 eyes ) that is filtering opcration indicationIntraopcratively, 0. 4 mg/ml MMC was used for 5 minutes and improved operative skill. The post -operative follow -up periods ranged from 3 to 18 months (mean9. 2 months ). The successful rate of the operation was 100%. side effect was shallow anterior chamber 14.63%. The operative tread of shallow anterior chamber was 2. 44%. Low IOP was 9. 75%. There were necornea complication. MMC can promote the successful rate of the operation. Reasonable used, inastered indication and improved ooerative skill,complication can be decrease.
