| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨儿童幕下神经胶质瘤的CT诊断。方法:对9例经手术及病理证实的儿童幕下神经胶质瘤进行回顾性分析。其中星形细胞瘤Ⅰ级～Ⅱ级3例,髓母细胞瘤2例,室管膜瘤2例,胶质母细胞瘤2例。结果:儿童幕下神经胶质瘤CT表现多种多样,但有其自身特点,结合临床表现,一般可以作出定性诊断。结论:CT有助于诊断儿童神经胶质瘤,为临床提供早期诊断。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the CT diagnosis of subtentorrial neuroglioma in children.Methods 9 cases of subtentorial neuroglioma in children confirmed by operations and pathology were analysed retrospectively,including 3 cases of astrtocyoma Ⅰ～Ⅱ class,2 cases of medulloblastoma,2 cases of ependymal,2 cases of glioblastoma.Results CT of subtentorial neuroglioma in children has various expression that bears own characters.It can make qualitative diagnosis according to clinical feature.Conclusion CT contributes to diagnosis of subtentorial neuroglioma in children and offers early diagnosis for the treatment of patients. |
