不明原因发热105例临床分析

目的 探讨不明原因发热(fever of unknown origin,FUO)的病因及诊断方法。方法回顾性分析2000年12月至2004年9月期间在我院住院诊治的符合不明原因发热诊断标准的患者105例。结果105例患者中明确诊断97例，确诊率为92．4％；未明确诊断8例占7．6％。明确诊断的97例中，感染性疾病49例占50．5％，结缔组织病24例占24．8％，恶性肿瘤17例占17．5％，其他疾病7例占7．2％。结论根据临床症状、体征和必要的辅助检查可以明确大多数FUO的病因，感染性疾病、结缔组织病及恶性肿瘤是FUO的主要病因。

A clinical analysis of 105 cases of fever of unknown origin

Objective To investigate the causes and diagnostic methods of fever of unknown origin (FUO).Methods The clinical data in 105 patients with FUO were retrospectively analyzed who were hospitalized in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhongshan University from December 2002 to September 2004.Results Among the 105 patients,97 patients were definitely diagnosed (92.4%),8 patients were not definitely diagnosed (7.6%) until they were discharged from the hospital.Among the 97 patients of definite dignosis,49 cases were infectious diseases (50.5%),24 cases were collagen vascular diseases (24.8%),17 cases were malignant tumors (17.5%),7 cases belonged to other diseases (7.2%).Conclusion The cause of FUO can be identified by clinical symptoms,signs and laboratory examinations.Infectious diseases,collagen vascular diseases and malignant tumors are the main causes of FUO.
