南昌市肺结核病例登记现状及分析

目的　反映南昌市肺结核患者发现、登记水平。方法　根据南昌市2 0 0 1～2 0 0 3年结核病登记的年度报表、季度报表和工作总结分析结核病人发现及登记情况。结果　三年中南昌市活动性肺结核病人登记率最高达到5 7.93/10万;病人新登记率、涂阳登记率分别为4 0 .5 8/10万、5 .4 5 /10万。复发病人城区占2 0 .39% ,农村占79.6 1% ;未查痰病人城区占15 .5 2 % ,农村占84 .4 8% ,差异有显著性(P <0 .0 1)。结论　未实现结核病归口管理,综合医疗机构漏诊漏报严重,宣传工作不力,经济困难等因素是导致南昌市肺结核病人发现登记率极低的主要原因

Register status and analysis of tuberculosis cases in Nanchang

Objective To explore the level of case-finding and register in Nanchang City. Methods The annual and quarter reports and summarize of TB register from 2001 to 2003, were analyzed. Results The maximum registration rate of active TB patients reached 57.93/10 5. The new cases registration rate and the registration rate of smear positive were 40.58/10 5 and 5.45/10 5 respectively. The proportion of relapse patients was 20.39% in city and 79.61% in the countryside. The rate of patients who did not receive sputum examination was 15.52% in city and 84.48% in the countryside. Significant difference was found between city and countryside ( P<0.01). Conclusions Unconsummated convergence case-management, failure to report and diagnose, ineffective propagation and financial difficulties are the main causes for low case finding-rate and low registration rate of TB.
